At Geethva Weaves, we take great care to ensure your handloom saree reaches you safely and on time. All orders are processed and shipped from Hyderabad, Telangana.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value is required to qualify for free shipping.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after order confirmation and dispatch:

• Hyderabad & Telangana: 2–4 business days
• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days
• Remote / rural areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier capacity, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Order Processing

Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp (+91 90001 65660). Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day or the next business day.

5. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier services including India Post Speed Post, BlueDart, DTDC, and other reliable carriers depending on your location.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number and courier details via WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

7. Packaging

All sarees are carefully packed in protective packaging to preserve their quality during transit. We use secure wrapping to ensure every saree arrives in perfect condition.

8. Delivery Delays

In the event of unexpected delays due to natural disasters, public holidays, or logistics disruptions, we will notify you promptly via WhatsApp and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all states and union territories within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
